Junior Church (JC'S)
JC's runs during the Sunday morning service for children between the ages of 3- 11 years. The age groups are split at present into two teaching groups:
- 3-5 years and
- 6-11 years
Each session is run by a group of fully Police Checked experienced Children's workers, where Christian values are taught through both the bible and relevant life issues. All sessions are tailored to be fast moving and fun for all, where games, crafts, music,dance,praise and worship are all used along side a 5-10 minute spoken teaching slot to reinforce that weeks theme.
The Christian Centre Middlesbrough has linked with Kidz Klub Liverpool to launch a new Kidz Klub on Thorntree Estate Middlesbrough. We currently have around 100 children attending every Wednesday night from Thorntree estate and are carrying out home visits to circa 180 homes.
Home visit
Our heart is to reach children where they are at and to do this we are placing a strong emphasis on building personal relationships with the children through home visitation. Each child that attends Kidz Klub receives a personal visit from a leader every week. We Are still in our infancy and pray that from these visits we will connect with both the children and their families in such a way that we came demonstrate God love through our actions and support.
