What we do
Our Wednesday programme is ran within the Thorntree Christian Centre Building, Loxley Road Thorntree. The programme we run is linked with Kidz Klub Liverpool this is an outreach programme ran for non-Christian children. If you currently attend Primary School, Brambles Farm School, Caldecote School or live within the Tees-valley you are welcome.
Kidz Klub Wednesday runs every week during term time from 6.30pm-8.00pm, for primary school children; tuck shop facilities are available after the programme each week.
Each term the programme takes on a whole new theme where we unpack the bible in a modern contemporary way.
Themes
Our current theme is 'The Solar System'. Themes we have ran in the past include:
- Pirates
- The Wild West
- Urban Adventure
- Camelot
Home Visits
Each week our Kidz Klub Wednesday team visit 258 (changeable amount) homes within the Thorntree, Brambles Farm, Palister Park, Whale Hill, Netherfields and Park End estates.
This weekly visit is an essential part of the KK Wednesday programme where every child who attends receives a visit to their home, every single week in term time.
