Unlimited Youth

Why we exist

"For the thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full."  [John 10:10]

Young people are important to God, and that is why at TCC we see young people as a vital part of our church life. We want to see young people experiencing the unlimited life that God offers and to share that life with others!

What we do

Personal Passion
EXPERIENCING GOD'S UNLIMITED LIFE

It is our desire to see young people who are passionate about their Creator and Saviour, living out this passion through a personal, everyday relationship with Him.

Sunday

Every Sunday we run a dynamic, youth relevant programme for 11-15 year olds. This starts part way through the service, enabling the youth to participate in corporate church worship before breaking off for more targeted teaching.

Optional Bible Study

On the second and fifth Tuesday of every month we run small groups for 11-15 year olds. These groups are based on the underlying question "What does it mean to be a Christian Young Person in today's world?" We meet a local church member's home and spend some time hanging out together and discussing topics such as "Overcoming Temptation," "Perseverance through Hard Times" and "The Power of Our Words."

WHEN:The Second and Fifth Tuesday of Every Month
TIME:7pm - 8:30pm
PLACE:Contact Jonty for details

Side-by-Side Service
SHARING GOD'S UNLIMITED LIFE WITH EACH OTHER

We believe that God has planted skills and abilities into the hearts of every young person. We seek to uncover, develop and utilise these abilities as a way of loving each other.

We give young people the opportunity to use and develop their skills and abilities through youth services once a term and also through the running and planning of all of our programmes. We also desire our young people to serve each other by encouraging each other to live life for God. Youth Service

Once a term we give the youth the opportunity to get involved in the church service by running a creative and contemporary service for the entire congregation.

WHEN:One Sunday a Term
TIME:10:30 - 12nooon
PLACE:St Mary's Centre  [Directions & Map]

Worldwide Mission
SHARING GOD'S UNLIMITED LIFE WITH THE WORLD

We encourage our young people to take an expansive view of the world by taking up the mission of sharing God's Unlimited life with others.
